ONE CHECK AT A TIME
Open the marked video frames to see what repeats.
Counts refer to eligible saved reviews in the selected period, not the certainty of a diagnosis. These comparisons suggest frames to review; they do not establish a swing fault.
Start with one swing
Record a short clip or choose one from your phone.MP4, MOV or WebM · up to 150 MB · one swingPause just before the club starts moving, then mark Address.
Use Play or the timeline to move between moments. Marking a moment does not move the video. You can replace a mark by pausing at a new position.
Compare swings from the same view, camera position and club.
LESS TO THINK ABOUT. MORE TO REPEAT.
Choose one drill. Log it when you have completed it.
01 · POSTURE REPLAY
Keep the camera fixed. Compare address and impact, and record which strikes feel centred.
02 · RHYTHM & TEMPO
Use your marked swing timing or set a comfortable target. Follow three gentle timing cues.
Use the same view, club and phone position when comparing swings.
Starting the timing cues does not mark a drill complete. Use “Log completed practice” after you finish.

LET THE SHOTS TELL THE STORY
Import an exported session to see carry and shot spread.
In Garmin Golf, open your practice session, use its menu and choose Export to CSV. Save the file to your phone, then import it here.
Import is manual. Swing videos and CSV shots are not automatically matched.
Choose only fields your export actually contains. Leave missing fields as “Not included”. Confirm the units and lateral sign against Garmin.
